Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 2316 Clarendon Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 23rd Street and Bedford Avenue, the lot is eight blocks west of the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Rabbi Teitelbaum under the Cloud NY LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 15,315 square feet, with 11,907 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 15 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 793 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a penthouse, cellar, and a 35-foot-long rear yard.

BTE Design Services is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in April of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Thanks to a reporter: I would like to keep an eye on the current developments in which direction, and I ask permission to preserve the beauty of the idea of the developer: To modernize me at the end of 2019. I am also afraid and will be disturbing for you to be annoyed with the kindergarten comments, now I can’t see design on things.

  2. Dreary unsafe area but the building will fill up quickly.
