Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 234 East 203rd Street in Bedford Park, The Bronx. Located between Grand Concourse and Valentine Avenue, the lot is one city block north of the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Yoel Mandel under the 234 East 203rd BSD, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 9,615 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 22 residences, with an average unit scope of 437 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a basement, cellar, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
