Located between Wythe Avenue and Kent Avenue, the lot is four blocks from the Bedford Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. William Lika of The Lika Organization is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 6,537 square feet, with 4,969 square feet designated for residential space.
