Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 829 East 55th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Foster Avenue and Glenwood Road, the closest subway station is Canarsie-Rockaway Parkway, serviced by the L train. Jacob Movtady under the Spring Homes LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 8,250 square feet, with 6,600 square feet designated for residential space.
