Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 4519 White Plains Road in Wakefield, The Bronx. Located between East 239th Street and East 240th Street, the lot is two blocks south of the 241st Street subway station, serviced by the 2 train. The Doe Fund, known for developing affordable supportive housing, is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 89-foot-tall development will yield 72,883 square feet, with 43,462 square feet designated for residential space and 29,421 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 98 residences, with an average unit scope of 443 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 37-foot-long rear yard.
