Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 210 Clarkson Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Rogers Avenue and Nostrand Avenue, the lot is two blocks from the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Andrew Klein is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 160,540 square feet, with 115,233 square feet designated for residential space, 18,694 square feet for commercial space, and 711 for community facility space. The building will have 165 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 698 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 23-foot-long rear yard, and 85 enclosed parking spaces.
Hill West Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in August. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
