Construction is complete on a new commercial development at 84 14th Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by SWA Architects, the four-story building spans 16,000 square feet. The entire project includes three floors of office space, over 7,000 square feet of parking space at the ground floor, multiple outdoor terraces, and 5,000 square feet of recreation space at the roof level.
While the latest renderings do not reveal the interior circulation of the building, the exterior is formed from pale white masonry with alternating bronze panels and double-height windows. Marketing materials for the property are specifically formatted to attract creative industry and tech sector clients.
As previously reported by YIMBY, the property arrives from developer Eli Pavel under private entity 84-14 Street LLC. The property was reportedly acquired in September 2013 for $1.1 million, or approximately $68 for each square foot.
