Full demolition permits have been filed for 251 East 77th Street in Lenox Hill on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. According to the filing, the site is owned by Benjamin Ohebshalom of Gallery 77 Associates, LLC. It currently houses a five-story mixed-use building with 14 residential units and two commercial units. The 48-foot-tall structure was built in 1910.

It remains to be seen what will be built on the 2,500-square-foot lot with a 25-foot-long street frontage.

251 East 77th Street is located between Second and Third Avenues, two blocks from Lenox Hill Hospital and the 77th Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Also nearby is the 72nd Street subway station on the Second Avenue line, serviced by the Q train.
