Fogarty Finger Architecture has released the first illustrations of a new six-story rental building in Jersey City. Located at 95 Monitor Street in the city’s Communipaw neighborhood, the proposed project is a joint venture between Grade Development, Fields Development, and Alpine Development.
As described by Fogarty Finger, the façade is comprised of gray and green brick punctuated by large floor-to-ceiling windows. The building will contain 114 units including a mix of studio, single, and double-bedroom layouts. Lower levels of the structure will house a small retail component, parking accommodations for 36 vehicles, and landscaped courtyards. Future occupants will also have access to roof-level amenities offering views of both Jersey City and Manhattan.
In total the structure will comprise 122,000 square feet.
At this phase of development, an anticipated date of completion or duration of construction is not yet public.

Does Fields still exist?
It goes by an other name. So thing with a K. I hope the ppl paying upwards of $2000+ like looking at that ugly monstrosity of a warehouse and enjoy the summers of loud latin music till 3 a.m.
This is so similar to The Baker House in LIC. why do architects get lazy? I guess they figured no one from Jersey City will have seen the development in Queens.
