Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 27-05 27th Street in Astoria, Queens. Located at the intersection of Newtown Avenue and 27th Street, the lot is three blocks west of the 30th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Flora Stetz under the Nina Sales Enterprises LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 9,160 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 916 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 39-foot-long rear yard.

James Hill of Urban Pioneering Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
