Located at the intersection of 105th Street and Third Avenue, the lot is a couple blocks north of the 103rd Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Jeff Sutton is listed as the owner behind the applications. The commercial real estate developer is known for his many retail properties along the shopping corridors of Fifth Avenue, 34th Street, and Times Square.
The proposed 77-foot-tall steel-based structure will yield 18,952 square feet, with 10,634 square feet designated for commercial space and 882 square feet for community facility space.
Sherida Paulsen from PKSB Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
