Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2819 Clarendon Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 28th Street and East 29th Street, the interior lot is two blocks south of the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Simon Neuman under the 2819 CN LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 61-foot-tall development will yield 5,918 square feet, with 5,908 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 656 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 25-foot-long rear yard.
Peter Pizzimenti is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
