Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 48 Bleecker Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Evergreen Avenue and Central Avenue, the lot is near the Kosciuszko Street subway station, serviced by the J train and the Knickerbocker Avenue/Myrtle Avenue station, serviced by the M train. Joel Friedman under the 48 Bleecker LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 54-foot-tall development will yield 6,993 square feet, with 5,499 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 687 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 43-foot-long rear yard.
Noel Wong of ADB Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
