Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 3124 Farragut Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of East 32nd Street and Farragut Road, the lot is a short walk to the Newkirk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Linh Ho of Fortuna 245 Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 16,965 square feet, with 10,505 square feet designated for residential space and 2,561 square feet for community facility space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,050 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 31-foot-long rear yard.
Bricolage Designs is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Bricolage….
Oh boy….
Yes indeed, just what this neighborhood needed.
Yes, I can see how well a 6-STORY building will fit within the scale of the neighboring houses?!
The family homes will be soon bought out
To be fair, that has been common in Flatbush since the 1920s
