New renderings from Tan Architect offer a first look at a proposed residential building at 831 Hart Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Permit applications filed by But Development Group specify a four-story, 54-foot-tall building with seven rental units. The new renderings, however, appear to illustrate a five-story structure with roof-level outdoor space. The pale brick façade includes large floor-to-ceiling windows that facilitate the flow of natural light into each apartment.
When complete, the building will comprise 4,988 square feet plus a rear-facing yard. The yard will be activated for recreational use in lieu of onsite parking area.
But Development Group has not revealed a construction schedule at this stage of the project.

“includes large floor-to-ceiling windows that facilitate the flow of natural light into each apartment”. really?
Nice design and nice to fill back in what was lost.
