The eight residences within will most likely be rentals due to units averaging 659 square feet apiece. The proposed 55-foot-tall development at 2336 Dean Street will yield 7,502 square feet, with 6,522 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 652 square feet. The masonry-based structures will have cellars and 47-foot-long rear yards. 2336 Dean Street will also have a penthouse.
