Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 2075 Anthony Avenue in Tremont, The Bronx. Located between East Burnside Avenue and East 180th Street, the interior lot is two blocks south of the 182nd-183rd Streets subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Alex Gilkarov under the 2073 Anthony LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 24,640 square feet, with 19,394 square feet designated for residential space and 2,212 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 44 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 440 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in August 2018 and the lot is now vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
