Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1847 Cross Bronx Expressway in Parkchester, The Bronx. Located between Thieriot Avenue and Leland Avenue, the interior lot is a short walk east to the Parkchester subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Moses Freund under the 1369 Lelland LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 44-foot-tall development will yield 8,775 square feet, with 6,578 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 658 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the residential structures on the lot. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
