Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 30-43 31st Street in Astoria, Queens. Located between 30th Avenue and 30th Drive, the interior lot is just steps from the 30th Ave subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. The building will have 17 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 704 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and 13 enclosed parking spaces.
Robert H. Lin of A&T Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
