Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 681 Dumont Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of New Jersey Avenue and Dumont Avenue, the corner lot is one block north of the Pennsylvania Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 and 4 trains. Jeewan Itwarie under the 774 East 45th Street Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,263 square feet, with 4,335 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,004 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar.
Bahram Tehrani of BTE Design Services is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
