Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 1054 41st Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Located between Tenth Avenue and Fort Hamilton Parkway, the interior lot is three blocks east of the Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station, serviced by the D train. Li Qing of Blue Mountain Capital is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 51-foot-tall development will yield 42,518 square feet, with 21,804 square feet designated for residential space and 7,730 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 25 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 872 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 35-foot-long rear yard, and 60 enclosed parking spaces.
Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in February 2020. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
