Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 150 Noll Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Wilson Avenue and Central Avenue, the through lot is a short walk to the Morgan Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. The building will have 78 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 700 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 44 enclosed parking spaces.
RSLN Architecture PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
