J Frankl Associates recently unveiled the first renderings of 377-383 Harman Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located near the Brooklyn-Queens border, the structure will top out at five stories with approximately 36,000 square feet of residential area, recreational amenities, and on-site parking behind the building.
Construction broke ground in 2019 and appears to be close to full completion. The structure will eventually yield 32 rental apartments, the most premium of which will offer either a private balcony or open air terrace. Additional outdoor area at the roof of the structure will be available to all residents.
The exterior of the building is comprised of gray and white masonry with yellow accents and a typical floor-to-ceiling window system. Additional information is sparse with regard to the mix of apartment layouts or an anticipated date of completion. Beyond information from J Frankl Associates, developer Louis Yeung has not gone on record to comment on the project.

I wish all of those balconies were flush. Without strict management, too many times balconies start to look full garages with the door left open. Otherwise, it’s a nice design.
Garages?
