Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 2733 East 12th Street in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of East 12th Street and Shore Parkway, the corner lot is closest to the Sheepshead Bay subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Eddie Yair under the 2727 Homecrest LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 78-foot-tall development will yield 50,734 square feet, with 31,737 square feet designated for residential space and 10,111 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 45 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 705 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and 24 enclosed parking spaces.

Francisco Nunez of Studio Gallos is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
