At 60 percent of the AMI, there are six one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,601 for incomes ranging from $62,298 to $87,480, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,901 for incomes ranging from $74,812 to $105,000.
At 90 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,949 for incomes ranging from $110,743 to $157,500.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $4,484 for incomes ranging from $163,372 to $227,500.

I live in Chinese neighborhoods located on 8th. Avenue, Sunset Park, Brooklyn, New York. Most of them are struggling people financially while some people have their own shops. They deserve something better for the hard work they do for their livelihood.
I kindly request you to build a multiple floors building for the Asian community which includes Chinese and Indian people too. Please built the building for fragile and vulnerable elderly people and struggling middle class people too.
In area where theirs hardly any activity, Train like 20 blocks away.
