Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 851 East 167th Street in Longwood, The Bronx. Located between Reverend James A. Polite Avenue and Hall Place, the interior lot a short walk to the Simpson Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Paul Durgaj under the Durgaj Properties Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 38-foot-tall development will yield 12,053 square feet, with 11,837 square feet designated for residential space.   2. Existing building to be demolished is 2-units. R7-1 zoning, should go larger than 4 stories.

  3. I live right across the street. I remember when the brother passed away. Years later the sisters passed away. That is what I called them Brother and his two sisters. House has been empty for a couple of years. Another house was torn down next to them. So two separate buildings are going up. Yes Guest two different sizes are going up.
