Bijou Properties’ latest rental property in Hoboken, New Jersey is now over 70 percent leased. Known as 7 Seventy House, the property is located at 770 Jackson Street and overlooks a recently completed public plaza. The building is designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects and contains 424 residences positioned above 24,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The massing incorporates multiple terraced setbacks, a glass and brick exterior, and a distinctive columned entryway.
The portfolio of units includes a mix of studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Each home offers red oak hardwood flooring, oversized windows, and furnished appliances.
Rents range from around $2,600 to nearly $5,400 per month, and new residents have incentives that include six weeks free on a 13-month lease. Prospective residents now have access to interactive walkthroughs in accordance with regional social distancing mandates.
“7 Seventy House was a tremendous success before social distancing guidelines were implemented, and it’s no surprise this trend has continued since we transitioned to a digital leasing presentation,” said Jaqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, the firm responsible for leasing the property.
Outdoor amenity spaces include a penthouse pool deck and surrounding lounge space, barbecue stations, a bocce ball court, a multi-level fitness center, a game room, indoor bike storage, co-working spaces, and an on-site dog park.
