Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 45-06 215th Place in Bayside, Queens. Located at the intersection of 215th Place and Northern Boulevard, the corner lot is closest to the Bayside station, serviced by the LIRR Port Washington line. Woodland Developments under the Dakota United Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 49-foot-tall development will yield 55,179 square feet, with 23,750 square feet designated for residential space and 16,246 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 34 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 698 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and sub-cellar, but no accessory parking.

Gerald J. Caliendo Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
