Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 161 Veronica Place in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Tilden Avenue and Beverley Road, the lot is four blocks east of the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Chesky Parnes of Sunshine Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 4,752 square feet, with 4,626 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 660 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates Inc. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
