Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 714 East 224th Street in Wakefield, The Bronx. Located between White Plains Road and Barnes Avenue, the interior lot is one block south of the 225th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Daniel Bakhshi under the SBR Buyer LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 35-foot-tall development will yield 9,774 square feet, with 7,364 square feet designated for residential space.
