Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 125 Kings Highway in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Kings Highway and Stillwell Avenue, the corner lot is a 10-minute walk east to the Kings Highway subway station, serviced by the N train. Joseph Brunner under the 125 Kings LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 57,294 square feet, with 41,190 square feet designated for residential space and 1,077 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 61 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 31 enclosed parking spaces.

Lester Katz of BDF Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
