Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 406 Remsen Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 58th Street and Lenox Road, the lot is closest to the Saratoga Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 and 4 trains. Amit Tank of Samnon Associates is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 100,520 square feet, with 71,609 square feet designated for residential space and 14,455 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 95 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 753 square feet.
