Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 82nd 4th Avenue in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Located between St. Marks Street and Bergen Street, the interior lot is two blocks south of the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, and R trains. Abraham Posner under the Boerum Hill 82 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 95-foot-tall development will yield 21,113 square feet, with 18,500 square feet designated for residential space, 2,255 square feet for commercial space, and 359 square feet of community facility space. The building will have 29 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 637 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 26-foot-long rear yard.

Lester Katz of BDF Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed last month. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
