Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1120 Nelson Avenue in Highbridge, The Bronx. Located between West 166th Street and West 167th Street, the interior lot is near the 167th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 train. The masonry-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 30-foot-long rear yard but no accessory parking.
Tafadzwa Mwandiambira of Baobab Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
