Rising approximately 200 feet on the corner of 28th Street and 3rd Avenue, the tower will offer residents abundant natural daylight and great views of the city’s skyline. The exterior is wrapped in Portuguese limestone with large casement windows.

“We are so proud of all of the hard work that has gone into Hillrose 28. The building is already proving to be popular with buyers and will be a valuable asset to the further establishment of the Rose Hill neighborhood,” said Alex Forkosh, founder of Forkosh Development.

“Given the building is covered in a beautiful Portuguese limestone that pays homage to the neighboring Empire State Building, we immediately knew that creating a contemporary living experience that still connects to the classic New York apartments from the pre-war era was our goal on this project,” said Andres Escobar, partner and design principal at Lemay + Escobar. “We were very fortunate to work with Forkosh in making this goal a reality. Hillrose 28 is truly a one-of-a-kind living experience in New York City.”
