Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 378 Weirfield Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Wyckoff Avenue, the interior lot is one block west of the Halsey Street subway station, serviced by the L train. David Marom of the Horizon Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 51-foot-tall development will yield 40,476 square feet, with 25,876 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 39 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 663 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 38-foot-long rear yard.
Aufgang Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
