Sales will soon launch at 101 West 14th Street, a 13-story residential project from ODA’s New York design studio on the border of Chelsea and Greenwich Village. Developed by Gemini Rosemont, the structure will yield 44 condominium residences. Nestseekers International’s Serhant Team is leading the sales and marketing of the units, which start at $1.35 million for a one-bedroom home.

Sales are slated to begin December 2020.

The structure features ODA’s signature punched-box massing with a mix of cantilevered, recessed, and open-air voids for private outdoor spaces. The façade is primarily clad in transparent glass and light gray metal paneling.

Nearly half of the residences include double-height living spaces that will bathe the interiors in natural light and offer dramatic views of the surrounding neighborhood. Whitehall Interiors will helm the interior design of the building once the structure is completed.

Owners will have access to 10,000 square feet of amenity spaces including a fitness center, round-the-clock concierge services, a communal lounge space with outdoor area, a full-service bar, a garden, and a landscaped roof deck.

The project is currently on track to debut by the second quarter of 2021.

  1. I like how every vehicle in the rendering is a luxury car. That certainly speaks up to those interiors. Wow.

  2. Nice building, Side note – Ryan Serhant left Nest Seekers and is on his own now. Curious to see if this listing followed him to his new firm.

    Unique and beautiful.

  4. Looks like a stack of building blocks… something a 3 year old might do on the carpet! ?
