Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 450 East 26th Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Newkirk Avenue and Foster Avenue, the lot is a few blocks east of the Newkirk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Lexis Lopez of Joint Capital Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 53-foot-tall development will yield 5,479 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 684 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Asher Hershkowitz Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
