Located at the intersection of Amory Court and Metropolitan Avenue, the corner lot is closest to the Seneca Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train and the Dekalb Avenue station, serviced by the L train. William Lindenmeier under the 54-24 Metropolitan LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 7,841 square feet, with 6,273 square feet designated for residential space.
