Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use building at 63-02 Fresh Pond Road in Ridgewood, Queens. Located at the intersection of Bleecker Street and Fresh Pond Road, the corner lot is a 15-minute walk south to the Fresh Pond Road subway station, serviced by the M train. Steve Troia is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 32-foot-tall development will yield 39,178 square feet, with 17,015 square feet designated for residential space, 5,523 square feet for commercial space, and 570 square feet of community facility space. The building will have 18 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,004 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 61 enclosed parking spaces.

Anthony Morali Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed earlier this month for the one-story commercial structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
