Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 1038 Woodycrest Avenue in Highbridge, The Bronx. Located between West 164th and West 165th Streets, the interior lot is closest to the 167th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Shimshon Grunstein of AFS Systems Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 24,356 square feet of residential space. The building will have 34 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 716 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard but no accessory parking.
Adam R. Taddonio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in October for the two-family residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

How can I get an application
The apartment will mostly likely be fairly small. The lot is quite small for the 34 indicated. I live nearby and nothing noteworthy about living here. You get more elsewhere.
I grew up in the neighborhood,I I like the progress, how can I get an application?
