Located between Burdette Place and Parsons Boulevard, the through lot is two blocks south of the Parsons Boulevard subway station, serviced by the E and F trains. David Huang of Jia Meng Usa LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 65,096 square feet, with 62,663 square feet designated for residential space and 2,433 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 46 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,362 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, sub-cellar, and 28 enclosed parking spaces.
