In addition to designer appliances and fixtures throughout, each home also offers private outdoor space. Those accommodations include a mix of balconies, loggias, terraces, and private gardens.

Residents will also have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, a package room, on-site parking, a bike room, a communal lounge, and private storage rooms in the cellar.
From Jeffrey Kamen Architect, a New York-based design studio, the façade incorporates a mix of red and brown brick, steel-cased windows at each floor, and a large recessed lobby facing Prospect Place.

Now that the project has achieved temporary occupancy, prospective buyers will be offered immediate occupancy. The Corcoran Group is leading all sales and marketing for the new building.
