Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for sale for residents at 110 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,000 to $155,100.
At 110 percent of the AMI, there is one two-bedroom unit with a $137,388 estimated sale price for incomes ranging from $61,000 to $135,080; and three three-bedrooms with a $156,194 estimated sale price for incomes ranging from $73,000 to $155,100.
Prospective buyers must have three percent of the purchase price for a down payment, as well as meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments.
Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 16, 2021.
