The affordable housing lottery has launched for 177 and 185 Veronica Place, two four-story residential developments in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by AR-Tech Engineering, the pair of buildings will each yield eight units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units total for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $159,640.
Residential amenities include a shared laundry room, and units will have air conditioning and intercommunication devices.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a $1,800 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $61,715 to $133,120, and four two-bedrooms with a $1,900 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $65,143 to $159,640.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 18, 2021.
