Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 285 East 163rd Street in Concourse Village, The Bronx. Located between Morris Avenue and College Avenue, the interior lot is near the 161 Street-Yankee Stadium subway station, serviced by the B, D, and 4 trains. Genci Popaj under the 285E163RDNY LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 25,501 square feet, with 24,501 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 36 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 680 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and no accessory parking.
Anthony Cucich Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in early January 2021 for a three-story masonry structure. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Do you have any concept of style?
