  1. That reception desk…?

  2. “three studios with a $2,523 monthly rent” how is that considered affordable housing…

    • Indeed. Federal criteria is 30% of income is considered affordable. The minimum income of $86.5K would be paying more than 30% in what’s called “affordable” housing.

  3. I agree how in the world is that considered affordable housing ????
This should be called ” income based ”
    not “affordable housing ”
All the politicians and the developers bulls#% everybody wihen they say “affordable housing” what a joke!

  4. 3 studios for $2523. ??

  7. Only to the Yimby folks (landlords laughing all the way to the bank with their tax abatements for their “affordable” housing). Looking forward to new leadership in NYC to revert back to what “affordable” really means.

  8. This isn’t affordable housing living in a city where we pay dearly for transit, food costs, etc the basics!

  9. “Affordable” is a relative term to the rest of the population projected to live here. What, did you think you’d get an apartment for under a grand a month? Be real!

  16. I’m a Senior, retired from Post Office. Live in LES. Looking for a Studio with lower rent.

  17. Affordable housing??? My son is a NY Fire Fighter & do not meet that income requirement!! rents are absolutely ridiculous! If these realtors need considered the average salary of the Ny population they wouldn’t be calling these apartments “affordable housing”. Let’s be real!

  19. More than $2,500 for a studio…no wonder people can’t save.
