The 10,184-square-foot development is designed by OMF Architecture and will yield six units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $68,400 to $159,640.

Residential amenities include bike storage lockers, green space, a rooftop terrace, and security cameras. Units include air conditioning, washer/dryer in unit, and energy-efficient appliances.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a $1,995 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $68,400 to $133,120; and one two-bedroom with a $2,450 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $84,000 to $159,640.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 23, 2021.
