Leasing is set to launch this May for Dey & Bergen, a new rental property in Harrison, New Jersey. Located at 1 Bergen Street along the Passaic River waterfront, the building offers a collection of 242 units.
The mix layouts will include studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments with occupancy starting at $1,850 per month. Each home will feature nine-foot-tall ceiling spans, oak flooring, custom modular closets, an in-unit washer and dryer, and oversized windows to maximize views of the surrounding waterfront. Select residences will include private outdoor space.
Occupants will have access to a suite of amenities spanning 45,000 square feet. This includes a riverfront swimming pool, multiple lounge spaces and bars, a fitness center and yoga studio, a co-working lounge with private offices, a pet spa, and covered parking with direct access to every floor. Additional amenities include two dog runs, a pet spa, a kid’s playroom, and an outdoor turf lawn with a movie screen, barbecues, and firepits.
Shuttle service to the local PATH train station will also be available.
Dey & Bergen arrives from a consortium of development entities including BNE Real Estate Group, Hornrock Properties, and Canoe Brook Development. The design team includes Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and interior designer Mary Cook Associates.

Was this building previously known as something else?
hey, Mary Cook: you don’t really want to put the wine bottles over the refrigerator where the heat will rise and cook the wine……..why do all public spaces have to look like hodge-podge we work rooms?
The residents are going to have a hell of a time getting to those wine bottles. They better keep a ladder nearby or better yet, change that kitchen layout.
