  1. Damn this is one sad looking building

    • It’s what the Caliendo’s, Bricolage’s and Badaly’s do best… mutilate the streetscape with soulless, thoughtless utility brick human storage containers.

      Sad indeed.

Did not know buildings have expressions. South bronx vicinity has been rebuilding and renovating buildings all over. Income requirements are over the
    top.

  3. I cannot believe the income needed for one of these apartments in a neighborhood that has to be all renovated every single Street. $63,000 a yearly income for a one-bedroom apartment I don’t know anybody who wants to get an affordable makes that kind of money. I am a bronxite and I remember the Bronx when it was the most beautiful Borough in New York City and now it is,Ugly and dirty. The only good thing about it is the shopping on Arthur Avenue they’ve been there for a hundred years.

  4. This is a bit over the typical priced apartment in the Bronx. Should be between 1600- 1700 to make it a truly affordable apartment for the borough. All these “affordable” buildings opening in the outer boroughs only catering to Manahatinites or a certain segment of the population. Try lowering it closer to NYC rental assistance programs and then call it an affordable apartment

  5. I have section 8 I’m looking for a 3-bedroom or a four bedroom I am trying to get in to your building I will wait on your waiting list I appreciate if you give me a call back or email me have a blessed day

  6. This is not for the pooreven working class Can’t afford this rents and the area is not the greatest. Government need to see who are this apt for.

  12. This is a ridiculous expectation. Affordable housing is no longer affordable. Unrealistic and just brings in people with higher income and pushes out those who really need low income housing. When will this change. It’s getting worse!!!!

  13. Would like to know how can I apply for and apartment in this building

  14. How is 75.000 to $167.000 a year low income? Who determined that dolllar $$$ amount is low income? The people that is making $75.000 to 167.000 working are not coming to these areas! (The building will be either empty or turned into a city shelters!)
